The group for Compassion-Based Resilience Training (CBRT) starts on Wednesday, November 6th at 7PM ET. Join me and learn embodied contemplation, meditation, mindfulness, breath-work, imagery, compassion, and the neuroscience to self-heal for greater wellbeing, reduced stress, and improved relationships.

CBRT is a research-backed intervention from the Nalanda Institute shown to reduce symptoms of chronic stress, trauma, burnout, anxiety, and depression while also improving subjective well-being, interpersonal efficacy, emotion regulation, and self-compassion.

Tools you'll learn include mindfulness and compassion meditation practices, imagery, breath work, and postures along with a multidisciplinary perspective informed by research in neuroscience, positive psychology, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and contemplation to improve overall wellbeing and your own innate capacity to self-heal and thrive. This comprehensive course combines skills typically taught across separate modalities and programs, giving you the tools needed to reduce stress and enjoy a more connected, resilient and purposeful life.

By registering, you'll get access to a student portal with 8 modules, a student manual with all sorts of wisdom, and pre-recorded video lessons including all of the meditation practices. There will be 6 live Zoom sessions with me where we'll practice together and bring the lessons to life.
