Let’s Work Together

People often arrive here after therapy, somatic work, alternative or spiritual practice — sensing that something deeper remains untouched. Or something has been running beneath the surface long enough that it can no longer be ignored.

This work bridges what has been tightly held with what is possible.

Most of what shapes us forms developmentally, and healing requires the same: slowly, relationally, sensorially, and through the full architecture of who we are. From that ground, we can soften what weighs the heart and act, relate, and live from who we actually are.

My Approach — Somatic, Developmental & Contemplative Depth

Transformation is the cultivated capacity for presence, shedding survival strategies, reclaiming what was hidden, and reopening to life and the full spectrum of experience. This unfolds developmentally, as presence, perception, and the sense of self expand into new capacity.

My approach is a living unfolding rooted in the understanding that overwhelm arises when experiences cannot be fully realized perceptually. Through attuned brain-body integration and relational depth, this work operates at the level of implicit memory and neuroplasticity, creating the conditions for the nervous system, sense of self, and perception to reorganize across body, mind, heart, and self. Most of what people carry is developmental trauma, shaped in attachment and in the early disruptions that form the nervous system, sense of self, and attachment system. It heals the same way it formed: slowly, relationally, developmentally, sensorially, and through the full architecture of experience.

I weave the personal, interpersonal, and transpersonal to bring body, mind, and heart into coherence, restoring a stable yet open, secure sense of self and ultimately deepening how we relate to ourselves, others, and life itself.

The Body as Home — Repatterning the Nervous System

The nervous system operates largely automatically, responding without our conscious agency. The body is its primary vehicle, where emotion, experience, and identity are held. This work creates the conditions from the bottom up for the body to unbrace and the nervous system to reorganize, by building capacity, not emptying out.

The Mind as Malleable — Evolving the Sense of Self

We are living patterns designed to transform. Through neuroplasticity-aligned, somatic, hypnotic, and contemplative approaches and a deep developmental orientation, the sense of self updates, expanding the capacity to think dialectically, hold multiple truths, and perceive experience with greater clarity and less distortion.

The Heart as Guide — Refining Perception, Creating Agency

Unprocessed experience and an undeveloped sense of self distorts the heart's signal, narrowing perception and limiting genuine choice. Here we work through that field developmentally so that guidance, decision, and action arise from a truer and deeper place.

The Self Remembered — The “I” That Holds It All

Overwhelm fragments experience, disrupting the inner dialogue between sensation, emotion, meaning, and will. Integration restores the center that coordinates: the coordinating self that can hold paradox, complexity, and self-unfoldment, so life can be met more fully and freely.
