My Offerings
People often arrive here after many paths—therapy, recovery, alternative practices, or somatic exploration—seeking lived change rather than insight alone or temporary relief. What they share is a desire to cultivate greater inner stability and the capacity to meet life more fully.
My somatic trauma work supports bottom-up nervous system reorganization, creating the safety and conditions for change. Developmental and psychosynthesis-informed tools support integration, helping what emerges be consciously held and lived. Together, this bridges what has been tightly held with what’s possible.
Sessions meet you where you are.

My Approach — Integrative Developmental Nervous System Healing
Transformation is the cultivated capacity for presence—shedding survival strategies, reclaiming what was hidden, and reopening to life and the full spectrum of experience. Change unfolds through creating the internal conditions to embody this renewed capacity.
I call my integrative process Seed Praxis™— a living unfolding rooted in the understanding that overwhelm arises when experiences cannot be fully realized and come to cyclical completion. Through attuned brain-body integration and a relational field, this work creates the conditions for completion, allowing the nervous system and sense of self to reorganize and integrate naturally at the most implicit levels.
I weave the personal, interpersonal, and transpersonal to bring body, mind, and heart into coherence, restoring a stable yet open, secure sense of self and ultimately deepening how we relate to ourselves, others, and life itself.

“The body keeps the score” has become popularized but, far more precisely, the nervous system keeps time, responding automatically in the present as if the past is still happening, and limiting our capacity for presence and choice.
Physiology is the medium of emotion (think: tightness when anxious, flushed cheeks when embarrassed, tears when sad). When overwhelming or unprocessed experiences cannot complete, the system braces and can remain looped in fight, flight, or freeze, with parts of us still organized around even the most subtle moments of an unresolved past.
Through bottom-up, felt experience, the nervous system can regain safety, mobility, and integration, allowing the body — your very container — to become a place of orientation and inner refuge rather than defense.

We are living patterns designed to transform. Neuroplasticity, the brain’s capacity to rewire, unfolds most reliably when attention is supported by safety, embodiment, and relational presence. I weave neuro-somatic, hypnotic, meditative, and brainspotting approaches to support this process throughout the work without force.
My SEEED process—Sense, Equalize, Embody, Express, Distribute—helps anchor change implicitly, allowing integration to continue beyond our sessions.

When the heart leads, choice and perception begin to arise from a truer place. Trauma, unprocessed emotion, and fear can cloud this inner field, but the heart holds the memory of who we are beyond wounding. Here, we reconnect with the original signal, the seed of ourselves, so guidance becomes clearer, gentler, and genuinely our own. From this place, life can be met with greater freedom, attunement, and trust in one’s unfolding.
-
Overwhelm fragments experience, disrupting the dialogue between sensation, emotion, meaning, and agency. Integration restores this conversation. From a centered sense of self, experience can be held without collapse into parts, allowing complexity and coherence to coexist. Psychosynthesis supports this return to lived wholeness by orienting toward synthesis through the deeper self. This synthesis unfolds developmentally, restoring a rooted sense of self that can hold complexity over time.

My astrology readings are not compulsive but meant to help you connect to your soul’s cyclical journey around the wheel of life and beyond the material veil, connecting heart and mind for coherence and inspiration. Here you can face your patterns, both light and dark, and meet them with more grace. Astrology in its true form offers deeper self-awareness into the myths your soul carries and the grand narrative we are all a part of. It reveals the seed pattern of your life, including the imprint of gestation, that preverbal time when unconscious patterns are first woven. This is about meeting your complexity in a way no personality test ever could.
The archetypal stories in astrology give form to what is unconscious, helping us digest and integrate what otherwise remains hidden.
