My Approach — integrative somatic healing
Healing isn’t about fixing, but the developed skill for presence — the shedding of false selves formed in survival, the reclaiming of what was hidden, and the opening to life as it is. Transformation lives in the paradox of release and creation, memory and possibility.
I call my integrative somatic process Seed Praxis — a living practice that evolves with you, rooted in the truth that trauma lives in incomplete cycles and that we are meant to be in an endless state of becoming. When fight, flight, or freeze responses get stuck, the unfinished story is held viscerally. This work supports completing these cycles and creating body-mind connections of safety so the nervous system can realign with its natural rhythm.
At the heart is compassionate presence — meeting inner experience in co-regulated, digestible waves through trauma-resolution processes, allowing unconscious material to safely integrate. Within a relational field, early and attachment imprints at the root of our sense of self repattern, and integration ripples outward into daily life.
My integrative somatic healing supports transformation through nervous system and attachment repair, integrating the transpersonal dimensions that bring body, mind, and heart into coherence. It helps restore a compassionate sense of self, deepening how we relate to ourselves, others, and life itself.

Somatic healing is the foundation of this work. Emotions live in the body — nerves in the stomach, tears when sad, flushed cheeks when embarrassed. In the same way, overwhelming experiences can lodge in the body, not only in memory. When they remain unfinished, the nervous system can stay caught in fight, flight, or freeze. Through somatic experiencing and trauma-resolution science, we attune directly to sensation, making the unconscious reachable in ways words alone cannot. Healing happens from the bottom up — through felt experience, where true integration takes root.

We are living patterns designed to transform. Neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to rewire, depends on conscious, focused attention. I weave subtle hypnosis and brainspotting techniques to enhance that attention, so old imprints loosen and new pathways and ways of being form. My SEEED process — Sense, Equalize, Embody, Express, Distribute — anchors this rewiring, helping transformation continue long after our sessions.

The heart holds the paradox of healing — release and creation: letting go of old wounds while opening to new life. Here we face the shadow of the past alongside the light of possibility. Grief and inspiration often arrive together, and both need a place to belong. When we allow meaning to matter, nervous system shifts become embodied rather than fleeting. The heart leads us toward authenticity, connection, and the timeless wisdom within. Intuition — the fruit of transformation — is intelligence embodied.

Where body, heart, and mind connect, something greater than the sum of its parts emerges. From a center of awareness, we can witness our parts without being reduced to them, restoring a flexible, spacious self. This work is both relational and spiritual in your own way — cultivating a lighter sense of being and a deeper sense of purpose and belonging.
Clients come to my work from many paths — therapy, recovery, alternative practices, or somatic curiosity — with a shared desire to move from temporary relief and awareness into lived integration. Some seek nervous system regulation, the release of tension, or to transform anxious and disconnected patterns; others to heal trauma and renew their capacity for connection and trust. What unites them is a readiness to meet life from presence rather than survival — to cultivate an inner refuge.

For those seeking support with a specific need, I offer single sessions or a short 7-session series at a discounted rate. This might include hypnosis for smoking cessation, brainspotting after an acute trauma or crisis, private meditation training, relationship coaching, or somatic release breathwork across the body’s bands of tension. These sessions are more targeted than the full breadth of my integrative somatic work, yet still held within the same compassionate and integrative frame.
Examples of Focused Sessions:
Trauma Release Breathwork
Brainspotting
Hypnosis (including Smoking Cessation)
Meditation Training
Relationship Coaching
Grief Tending

For remembrance
My astrology readings are not compulsive but meant to help you connect to your soul’s cyclical journey around the wheel of life and beyond the material veil, connecting heart and mind for coherence and inspiration. Here you can face your patterns, both light and dark, and meet them with more grace. Astrology in its true form offers deeper self-awareness into the myths your soul carries and the grand narrative we are all a part of. It reveals the seed pattern of your life, including the imprint of gestation, that preverbal time when unconscious patterns are first woven. This is about meeting your complexity in a way no personality test ever could.
The archetypal stories in astrology give form to what is unconscious, helping us digest and integrate what otherwise remains hidden.

Death and the end-of-life experience can feel overwhelming for both the dying and their loved ones. As a trained death doula, hospice volunteer, and grief volunteer, I offer non-medical support to help fill care gaps from traditional services. My role is unique to the individual, but I provide presence, companionship, and guidance: tending to fear and loneliness, offering emotional and spiritual support, listening with compassion, energetic support, and walking alongside so no one dies alone or in overwhelm. Together we can face and cross this threshold with honesty, dignity, and grace. This is an unpaid service, just reach out for my availability and fit.
