Primordial Sound Mantra Meditation is a powerful but simple meditation practice that is very similar to Transcendental Meditation (TM). This particular style of meditation was created by Deepak Chopra and helps with mindfulness, stress-relief, transcending the spiral of your mind's own thoughts, and connecting to your intuition and inner being.
In this online and self-paced course, you'll receive your personal mantra and learn mindfulness wisdom for overall wellbeing.
Your personal mantra is a vibrational frequency from Sanskrit with no specific meaning or dogmatic context; it's a sound based on the position of the moon at your birth and is recited silently to yourself to aid in meditation. This is often a much easier method for new meditators!
The course structure/lessons:
01: Introduction to Meditation
02: Receive Your Personal Mantra
03: Perfecting the Practice
04: Understanding The Gap in Mediation & States of Consciousness
Transcendental Meditation is a trademarked version of a very similar style of meditation but costs anywhere from $500-1,000 to receive a mantra and learn the practice. This course is a cost-effective and more accessible Transcendental Meditation alternative. Unlike TM, the mantras used in Primordial Sound Mantra Meditation have no religious affiliation.
You'll learn to meditate on your own in 1 week or less with this course. And to practice further or clarify what you’re learning, you’ll also have the ability to book private live training sessions with me at a discounted rate.

"I’m still spinning from our reading yesterday. I wanted to reach out and say thank you. You really made me feel okay with embracing the unknown that is in front of me at the moment. Thank you for embracing my energy and what I brought into the session with me."
"I have never been able to journal consistently until I found your 2024 journal on Amazon. I can’t begin to tell you how impactful it has been on my healing journey."
"I highly recommend breathwork sessions with Susan! I felt very safe and comfortable with her as she was so in tune with me and my needs all throughout the process. I could completely relax and do my inner work. Susan has a wealth of knowledge in body somatics and offers such great guidance."
"I had a wonderful experience. Your astrology is more than just a recreational use; it's empowering, eye-opening, and truly invaluable. I'm eager to schedule another session to dive deeper into other areas of my birth chart!"
"My reading was awesome. The information covered regarding my career path and timeline helped clarify a lot of what I was feeling and dealing with, and reduced my stress level on outcomes and timelines. I was able to see a much larger view of my situation and understand the timing of my plans, which allowed me to be more present and creative in my work. She even touched on an aspect of myself that was so new and recent to me that I was completely surprised she was able to see it so clearly. Overall, I gained much-needed perspective, and because of this, I am able to be more present with my projects vs worrying about the future. I now feel confident and at ease with my plans."
What to Know / FAQs
Astrology is the study of the stars (the meanings), whereas astronomy is the laws of the stars (the facts). Astrology is ultimately the understanding that the cosmos are living, the universe has a mind, celestial holography is the nature of existence, and time is cyclical and has a quality to it, an experience.
Birth charts, also called natal charts, are the map of the cosmos at the exact moment and location of your birth - the energy and vibration the universe sounded at that very moment. It is your spherical coordinates in spacetime, and you are the celestial holographic projection of these coordinates here on Earth so infinity can know itself. A birth chart is the observer’s perspective.
This is the archetypal map of your subjective awareness. Where most psychology or personality frameworks simplify who you are, astrology allows you to walk through your authentic manyfold complexity.
You'll need to have your date, location, and time of birth.
I'm an archetypal and evolutionary astrologer, both psychological and spiritual, using the western tropical zodiac and primarily whole sign houses. I also incorporate Ancient Hellenistic Astrology and Jyotish (Vedic) Astrology.
My approach is a fusion across these styles, from ancient to modern, esoteric to psychological, and technical and intuitive. I work with archetypal energies and cyclical themes, so actual astrology and not simplistic generalizations. I importantly take a mindful and holistic approach.
I use evolutionary astrology, but I don't concoct past life narratives (feel free to ask me if you want to hear my rant on this). I talk about your soul journey, your spiritual journey towards meeting yourself, and time/space fluidity and you can interpret & integrate that however you choose.
Psychosynthesis is a transpersonal or spiritual psychology developed by Roberto Assagioli, a lesser-known contemporary of Carl Jung. Unlike psychoanalysis, however, psychosynthesis is not a perpetual analysis of the psyche and unconscious, but instead seeks to synthesize our conscious and unconscious layers to create inner harmony and importantly expand to higher consciousness states. The emphasis is on parts work, purpose, direction, and authentic will.
"Psyche" meant "soul" in Ancient Greek, but we've separated the two and lost the connection to the latter. Psychosynthesis reclaims our soulfulness and reintegrates this into our very being for true mind-body-spirit based self-healing.
If you are familiar with Inner Family Systems (IFS Therapy), Psychosynthesis created an earlier framework that is very similar in terms of parts work. Psychosynthesis encompasses various other tools, however, and is a much deeper and spiritual or holistic based modality. I am not an IFS Therapist but have studied and taken courses on that practice as well.
At its most ambitious and for those on a spiritual path who are ready to detach, Psychosynthesis is a framework for Self-Realization.

Breathwork can mean multiple things and I work with the breath from all ends of the spectrum!
Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS®) is a breathwork therapy I use that’s targeted specifically for trauma release. BBTRS uses conscious connected breathing, along with supportive touch and bodywork, sound, movement, and conscious emotional expression to activate the body's physiological responses and experience altered states of consciousness (psychedelic like) or more heart-centered states that ease the defensive outer layers to consciously release tension from the autonomic nervous system. Importantly, BBTRS as well as my approach work with this delicately, appropriately, and in line with your needs in the present moment - the focus is real healing, not over-activation or temporary catharsis which you see in most breathwork. This type of trauma release breathwork is more activating by design.
Where the above is about releasing, I also utilize regulating forms of breathwork too, primarily resourcing from Buteyko breathing methods but also from western somatics generally. So if you're looking for a more gentle or corrective breathwork to regulate the emotional body and help ease anxiety, check out my private meditation training where we can work to breath right and ease the body-mind. Changing how we breathe, changes how our nervous system functions.
Additionally, I incorporate breathing methods that work with the energy channels, which are the channels of the autonomic nervous system! I do not typically use Pranayama and find it less helpful but I use primarily, among other intuitive techniques, Nejang, a Tibetan Buddhist (Vajrayana or Tantric) Healing Yoga which is based on somatic breath practices.
The objective is always the same, to regulate, connect, and revitalize our life force, the breath.

No, coaching and therapy are separate modalities. Coaching has more of an emphasis on conscious action and goals. My sessions are not the fluffy motivational kind of coaching though and my foundation is psychosynthesis, so is not superficial. My work is about exploring who you are before anything that's happened to you or before life's conditioning and opening fully to all your complexity and letting your intuition guide you.
Psychosynthesis in particular is about integrating the lower unconscious shadows and traumas with the higher unconscious ideals and future aspirations, and this is largely my approach.
I am not a psychologist, licensed therapist, or psychiatrist, and these services do not substitute for that type of medical care. The Cyclical Seed is alternative and contemplative, holistic healing, so not traditional by design.
You'll need to have an inner sense of motivation and willingness to do the work for sessions to be truly beneficial for you and a sense of real grounding and healing before true spiritual exploration, or it's just a delusion.
If I don't think we'd be a good fit working together or there is something out of my scope of work, I will be up front and kindly let you know.
