My coaching sessions are specific to your goals but prioritize trust, vulnerability, presence, compassion, and self-inquiry, so we can confront the emotional, thought, and physical patterns that bind us. We can approach sessions by working through specific challenges and practical goals for your future or we can delve deeper into new dimensions of healing and self-awareness but will always focus on more intimately connecting to yourself and promoting conscious action.
Some examples of what we can work on include transitioning into new phases of life, general self-discovery and growth, navigating questions of meaning, integrating spiritual experiences, connecting to a sense of purpose, conscious post-traumatic growth, cultivating intuition, recognizing and breaking patterns, dealing with chronic stress, energy and motivational blockages, creating trusting relationships with yourself and others, or grief of any kind.
I utilize a mind-body-spirit approach with psychosynthesis (including parts work integration, similar to IFS Therapy), astrology, mindfulness, and contemplative self-inquiry at the core.
Astrology is not the sole focus but will aid in an archetypal look into your inner dynamics and authentic values, to help articulate your subjective experiences, gain awareness of patterns, and engage in your own divine inspiration beyond the illusions of the material world. We’ll explore who you are before anything that's happened to you or before life's conditioning, collecting the parts of ourselves we've lost along the way and moving towards greater inner harmony and embodying our full potential to move forward.

What to Know / FAQs
Birth charts, also called natal charts, are the map of your energetic field. This is the snapshot of the cosmos at the exact moment and location of your birth - the energy and vibration the universe made at that very moment. It is the field of energy and cause & effect you are working with inside you and projecting outside of you.
Astrology birth charts are very precise. You will need to know your birth date, time, and location to book a reading. Most birth certificates have the birth time indicated on them. I do not offer birth chart rectification at this time but if you have a couple hour gap then we can work with that.
I'm an archetypal and evolutionary astrologer, both psychological and spiritual, using the western tropical zodiac and primarily whole sign houses. I also use Ancient Hellenistic Astrology and to a lesser extent Jyotish (Vedic).
My approach is a fusion across these styles, from ancient to modern, esoteric to psychological, and technical and intuitive. I work with archetypal energies and cyclical themes, rather than focusing on overly specific manifestations and generalizations. I importantly take a mindful and holistic approach.
I use evolutionary astrology, but I don't concoct past life narratives (feel free to ask me if you want to hear my rant on this). I talk about your soul journey, your spiritual journey towards meeting yourself, and time/space fluidity and you can interpret & integrate that however you choose.
Psychosynthesis is a transpersonal or spiritual psychology developed by Roberto Assagioli, a lesser-known contemporary of Carl Jung. Unlike psychoanalysis, however, psychosynthesis is not a perpetual analysis of the psyche and unconscious, but instead seeks to synthesize our conscious and unconscious layers to create inner harmony and importantly expand to higher consciousness states.
Psychosynthesis is a discipline to help liberate us from the unconscious cycles of our own minds and emotional body. It offers tools to navigate the human experience with both love and will.
"Psyche" meant "soul" in Ancient Greek, but we've separated the two and lost the connection to the latter. Psychosynthesis reclaims our soulfulness and reintegrates this into our very being for true mind-body-spirit based self-healing.
If you are familiar with Inner Family Systems, Psychosynthesis created an earlier framework that is very similar in terms of parts work. Psychosynthesis encompasses various other tools, however, and is a much deeper and spiritual based modality. I am not certified in IFS but have studied and taken courses on that practice as well.
At its most ambitious and for those on a spiritual path who are ready to detach, Psychosynthesis is a framework for Self-Realization.

Coaching sessions are not talk therapy, so we may naturally explore some processing of past experiences as it arises, but we'll focus more on the present as well as your future and potential. We'll work together to move beyond unconscious limitations to higher consciousness exploration.
Coaching is about moving forward and how to use the past as fuel to do so, rather than getting stuck in the past.
This is not the fluffy motivational kind of coaching but is transformative work that taps into your own inner wisdom. It's also not talk therapy so is not about renumerating the past but exploring your potential and innate abilities, through self-knowing and compassion.
Yes, I do! Please reach out and happy to discuss private groups, events, or corporate offsites for meditation and/or breathwork instruction. You can also reach out for in-person sessions (in NYC), either individually or for groups.
Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS®) is a breathwork therapy targeted specifically for trauma release. BBTRS uses conscious connected breath, among other tools, to activate the body's physiological responses and experience either altered states of consciousness or heart-centered states that ease the defensive outer layers to gently release tension. Importantly, this style of breathwork handles this delicately, appropriately, and in line with your needs in the present moment - the focus is real healing, not over-activation or temporary catharsis.
BBTRS uses a six element approach including breath, movement, touch, sound, emotions, and meditation. The breathwork empowers your body’s natural process for healing, restructuring your systems on a cellular level, opening up to more intimately connect with yourself, others, and life.
