Learn to meditate on your own, without the need of a guide, guru, or gadgets, from compassionate presence to contemplation to consciousness.
Meditation is not the point of meditation, so I also teach the wisdom of mindfulness or what I prefer to call compassionate presence, engage the energetics of the subtle body, and, for those interested, guide the art of spiritual contemplation to source your own inner wisdom.
I teach from a non-dogmatic perspective and emphasize the underlying wisdom to practice safely and meaningfully. This is about learning how to use these tools on your own, rather than me just guiding you the whole time. You can be completely new to meditating or an experienced meditator looking to go deeper.
Sessions are 1-hour over zoom. Please reach out to book locally in New York City or to book for private groups and events.
